Shipping & Return Info

We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, assuming that returns are made within 30 days of your purchase and that returned items are in their original condition. For items that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we will be happy to refund your original shipping cost. We regret that items that are made-to-order cannot be returned. To return an item to us, follow the directions listed on the return exchange form included with your order.

If you don't reach us, please leave us a message with your name and telephone number. We will respond to email and voice mail promptly during business hours. To expedite your email or call, please have available the order reference number for the item(s) you wish to return. You will find this reference number on the invoice included with your original package, as well as within the order and shipping confirmation emails we sent to you.
